Hi, I’m Daisha (dy-ee-shuh) — career coach, people strategist, and passionate advocate for professionals looking to unlock their full potential. Over the past decade, I’ve guided leaders, career changers, and emerging talent across tech, nonprofit, and healthcare sectors to find clarity, build confidence, and take bold steps forward.

I have over a decade of experience leading people and culture strategies at companies like Google and social justice nonprofits. But what lights me up the most is the one-on-one work — helping you to quiet the noise, own your story, and make intentional and empowered career moves.

My approach is informed by both lived experience and deep professional expertise. I hold a B.A. in Economics from Mills College and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from USC. I’m also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a Co-Active trained Career Coach, and hold an Advanced Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell. These credentials reflect my ongoing commitment to equity, growth, and helping people build careers that truly align with who they are and how they want to lead.
